Dear HeartWell Community, please consider donating to this worthy cause!

The Drikung Samtenling Acharya Nuns Leadership Program provides fellowships to Tibetan Nuns in India for a year long  residency the US to acquire education and skills for the development of Drikung Samtenling Nunnery and its 90 nuns. Each fellow will design a project based on her areas of interest and the current and future needs of the nuns of Samtenling. A team of experts will create training modules for her to reach her goals, which she will implement upon her return to India.

The overarching goal of the program is to empower nuns at Samteling and other monasteries in India. Like their brothers, the monks who serve internationally, they are essential as future leaders in the Drikung Kagyu lineage.
