Boletin de Junio
Happy June! As we step into this vibrant month of celebration, we are filled with immense gratitude for each and every one of you who contribute to making HeartWell's network of belonging strong and alive. In the words of Brother David Steindl-Rast, affectionately known as the Jedi of Gratitude, "Networks are the future." He beautifully describes networks as well-trodden paths from house to house, emphasizing the importance of interconnectedness. Furthermore, he highlights that gratitude is the profound feeling of belonging. At HeartWell, we open our doors and welcome all who seek a sense of connection and support. Together, we create a powerful network of love and understanding.
It is through the collective efforts of individuals like you, members of our community, that we are able to spread the word about HeartWell's mission and impact. Your unwavering commitment as supporters and funders expands our circle of caring, allowing us to reach even more people in need. The dedication of our volunteers who generously share their time, prepare for events, and warmly welcome participants is truly remarkable. Your contributions enable us to create transformative experiences for all who engage with our programs.
The vital role played by our participants cannot be overstated. Your active involvement in our initiatives drives the evolution of our programming and provides us with invaluable feedback, ensuring continuous improvement. To our beloved faculty, you are the heart and soul of HeartWell. Your engagement shapes the very fabric of our organization. We extend our heartfelt appreciation to Cesar, Luz, Delia, and Violeta, who have touched the lives of many through their unwavering commitment to education and upliftment.
Last but not least, we are deeply grateful to our friends, both old and new, who believe in our mission and share our enthusiasm for creating a more compassionate world. Your support and advocacy amplify our impact and inspire others to join our cause.
As we celebrate Pride Month this June, let us embrace the spirit of gratitude and unity. Together, let us continue to build a network of belonging where every individual feels seen, heard, and valued. Remember, you are an integral part of HeartWell, and your contributions make a world of difference.

The HeartWell Institute's mission is to foster collective healing through stress-reduction programs, mindfulness classes, and contemplative practices. We have a two-fold approach; first, we focus on building resilience for BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and those underrepresented in our society by breaking down barriers of access to health, wellness, and education. Second, we are committed to supporting the health and wellness of mental health providers, educators, and our whole community.
Donations to The HeartWell Institute help us to provide programs at the lowest cost possible, and scholarships for those who are in need. If you have been helped by mindfulness and stress reduction practices, and are financially able, please consider donating.
We appreciate every gift, regardless of the amount.
