Mindfulness, equity, and wellbeing—continuing our conversation from the UMass Mixer

Hi, and thank you for stopping by the HeartWell table at the UMass Chan mixer on September 24 at the Worcester Public Library.

We’re grateful you joined our mailing list ---you’ll receive occasional updates and event invitations like this one.

When you take a class at HeartWell, you’re not only caring for your own well-being, you’re also helping to sustain our mission to bring mindfulness to places where it’s rarely available but deeply needed, including recovery programs, correctional facilities, and communities facing hardship.

You’re invited to our online series,
Mindfulness for Caregivers — designed to nurture those who nurture others. The first two workshops have gone by, but there is still time to register for the last two. UMass medical students with a Worcester address may attend free of charge, and friends and family are welcome to join from anywhere.
