Join us on the first Tuesday of every month for mindfulness practice. 

We invite you to dress comfortably and bring socks and a journal.

There will be opportunities for meditation practice, reflective writing, and sharing.

Guests  may donate to support scholarships for The HeartWell Institute's upcoming programs at the event.
