September – Presence

November -   Gratitude

December –  Self-compassion

Wendy O'Leary, is a good friend of HeartWell Institute. She holds a Master’s Degree of Education and is a certified mindfulness teacher, trainer, public speaker, and author.

*She teaches mindfulness and skills for managing stress and cultivating overall wellbeing. She is a contributor to Mindful Magazine and presents at conferences, and summits, and is a college guest lecturer.

*Wendy is a member of the International Mindfulness Teachers Association and a certified yoga teacher with training in trauma-sensitive practices.

*Wendy also teaches mindfulness to children and “their adults” and is the co-author of the award-winning children’s book, Breathing Makes It Better and author of The Monster Parade. Her third book on self-compassion is due out in the spring of 2023.

*Join us the 1st Tuesday of each month 6PM- 7PM for a Mindfulness Practice led by Wendy!
