Monthly mindful meditation sessions are back at The HeartWell Institute. 

Join this welcoming group to reflect and renew at our peaceful urban retreat center.

We invite you to dress comfortably, bring socks and a journal.

During the session, we will:

  • Welcome and recognize guests
  • Acknowledge the land
  • Have a brief grounding meditation
  • Talk about how mindfulness can be different for each individual
  • Meditate where you are
  • Finish with reflections - share with the group or write in your journal

Some reasons to meditate: gain a new perspective on stressful situations, manage stress, increase self-awareness, focus on the present, regulate emotions,  increase patience and tolerance, improve sleep quality

Guests may donate to support scholarships, online or at the event, for The HeartWell Institute's upcoming programs.
