What Your Donation Supports

Our emphasis on community development lives at the crossroads of mindfulness, mental health,
and social justice.
We teach lasting evidence-based tools that offer personal and professional development for individuals, employee training, and community groups.

We make mindfulness accessible to people who might not otherwise be able to access it due to barriers
such as money, language, culture, transportation, stigma, etc.
We work especially with communities that have been pushed to the margins or left out of traditional care.
