Healing Families: Fostering, Emotional Regulation, and Resilience for Parents and Adolescents
This is an experiential program with systematic training in age-appropriate, mindfulness practices, deep listening, compassionate communication skills, creative arts exercises, and trauma-informed meditation and mindful movement. It is a group intervention using small and large groups to process practices and interactive exercises. Frameworks of social-emotional learning, psycho-educational didactic components on stress reduction, emotion regulation, and resilience are presented.
Five-session commitment, Monday-Friday, April 17th-21st from 3-7 pm and dinner is included! Space is limited.
