At HeartWell Institute, our focus on community development through mental health and wellness is effectively implemented through a variety of programming. From free weekly stress reduction sessions to family stress programming to workshops geared toward the completion of continuing education credits, our emphasis on the diverse community needs is what fuels of our mission.

We kindly welcome everyone to join us for our free weekly stress reduction sessions. No registration is needed.

Monthly Stress Reduction Practice
Join us on the first Tuesday of every month for a stress-reduction mediation practice. Each month has a theme:
February: Compassion for ourselves and others
March: Connecting with body and breath through mindful movement
April: Creative expression
May: Stress reduction
June: Wellbeing and joy
We invite you to dress comfortably and bring socks and a journal.
There will be opportunities for meditation practice, reflective writing, and sharing.
