Annual Report - Snapshot

The HeartWell Institute collaborates with more than 30 community partners and
17 teachers with connections to local communities to deliver science-backed mindfulness-based workshops, classes, and courses for personal and professional development.

Systematically undervalued communities, particularly BIPOC, LGBTQIA+ populations, and those often excluded from holistic healing practices such as mindfulness, are at the heart of our mission.

In 2026, HeartWell became an approved vendor of the Commonwealth Corporation Workforce Training Fund Express Grant Program. The first course is The Resilient Recovery Team: Mindfulness, Boundaries, and Sustainable Care.
