Join us on the first Tuesday of every month for mindfulness practice. (To Park, enter 10 Biltmore Road in GPS)
We invite you to dress comfortably and bring socks and a journal.
There will be opportunities for meditation practice, reflective writing, and sharing.

Guests may donate to support scholarships, online or at the event, for The HeartWell Institute's upcoming programs.
